I’m always looking for treats that are a little bit more healthy, so I bring you, raw vegan snickers! They are made from dates, peanut butter, peanuts and dipped in dark chocolate. Talk about delish! After they were dipped I wrapped them in wax paper and refrigerated them overnight and they were even better the next day. I made a healthy dark chocolate cake and put these on top… Holy yum! That recipe is coming soon! I know just the person that will be receiving these today, my mom- Happy Birthday!
What you need: *makes 10*
10 dates, sliced open on one side with pits removed
5 Tbl peanut butter
1/4 cup peanuts
1 Dark chocolate bar of choice
1. Slice dates open on one side and remove pits.
2. Stuff peanut butter and peanuts inside date and slightly close
3. Melt dark chocolate bar in pan and dip date in melted chocolate.
4. Set dates on wax paper to dry then refrigerate.
