I add this to almost everything. I think I love it so much I sometimes even think of adding it to smoothies – then opt for the jar of cinnamon right next to this one. (haha ok, I don’t like it that much!)
Healthandus seasoning is a special blend I pre make that is so tasty and is salt free. I pre make it and store in a jar-
spices; (pepper, celery seed, cayenne pepper, parsley, basil, majoram, thyme, cumin, mustard, coriander, rosemary, oregano)
Bam, it’s salt free and oh so delicious. It safe to say I add at least a tablespoon to every lunch/ dinner meal I prep. Hope you enjoy it to!
