What is my favorite breakfast after a work out? (Or who am I kidding, favorite breakfast workout or not!) THIS BOWL!
What you need:
1 cup Steel cut oats (cook as described on package)
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 Tbl Hemp hearts
1 Tbl flax
1 Tbl chia
Sprinkle of toasted coconut
1 Tbl creamy organic peanut butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1. Cook oatmeal as describe on package.
2. While oatmeal is cooking, prep berries. (I have a premix of flax, hemp hearts and chia I leave in the refrigerator for easy use)
3. Split oatmeal in 2 bowls and top with berries, flax, hemp, chia, coconut & peanut butter.
