This fab 4 combo in a smoothie contains what you need to turn off hunger hormones. Eating the right mixture of clean, nutrient dense protein, fat, fiber, and greens helps you feel satisfied & stay full longer. When building a smoothie, think of adding the following: Superfoods, 1/4 cup fructose (berries), unlimited greens, 1-2 tbsp fiber (chia, flax), 1-2 tbsp fat (avocado, coconut oil, nut butters), 1 serving protein (plant based proteins) & liquid (water).
Try this one; blend a small frozen banana with handful of spinach, 1-2 tbsp of your fav nut butter, ginger, flax, plantbased protein powder + water + ice. For toppings, have some fruit, nuts & seeds. Try slivered almonds, unsweetened coconut, pistachios, poms, berries, hemp hearts and voila —> the best satisfying summer breakfast has been made.
