*Healthy* PUMPKIN, COCONUT, PEANUT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE BARS. These bars are by far my favorite fall treat because they are so tasty & so simple to make! They have no added salt or sugar and prep & bake time is all under 30 minutes. With all of these ingredients let me remind you..Coconut, chocolate, peanut butter & pumpkin, does it get any better? Grab these ingredients at the store and make these! I love having a “healthy” treat on hand when I have dessert cravings (which is allll the time) I pack myself one of these bars everyday for an afternoon treat.
What you need:
2 cups oats
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1/4 cup honey/agave
1 Tbl vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
2 Tbl hemp hearts
1/4 shredded unsweetened coconut for topping
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until blended even.
3. Grab an 8×8 pan and grease with coconut oil
4. Press the goods evenly into your pan
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
After they have cooled, add shredded coconut on top & serve!
