I can’t believe it’s fall! One of my favorite foods in fall is warm foods, aka these oats. This past summer flew by and it might be one of my most favorite summers (ever!) Humm probably because I got married! I was also able to focus on so many important things; working out, yoga, seeing family & friends, swimming, weekend trips, relax and really enjoy so many fun moments with friends and family. I will forever cherish summer 2016 as relaxing, stressful, fun & memorable as it was.
As we move into fall and colder months, smoothies are out and warm breakfast bowls are in! Nothing better than a warm bowl of oats on a cold morning. I love rolled oats with blueberries, shaved coconut, sugared pepitas, hemp hearts & chia! Another one of my favorite oatmeal bowls are with strawberries and blueberries with almond butter.
