Healthandus blog turns TWO- so I had to throw a party! With raw vegan treats + sparkling lemonade and fresh fruit. This also marks the new blog rollout at joinhealthandus.com.
Over the past two years I have learned so much about food, nutrition, superfoods, recipe creating, how to prepare fun dishes, and what I like and don’t like. I have healthandus as a space to document these findings and as a reminder to appreciate living in every moment.
I am looking forward to whats to come next- testing more fun healthy recipes, adventures and collaborations. I am so grateful for learning from all of you- thanks for joining so far and putting the US in Healthandus!

Here are a few of my favorite recipes & new discoveries from recipe testing over the past two years:
- Roasting Hazelnuts- who knew they were SO good roasted? (Sorry mom, I know you are deathly allergic)
- Raw desserts are my Jam
- My Vitamix is essential and I use 2-3x a day (#Smoothietime)
- I never thought I would own a food processor..
Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai – my spiralizer made this possible, and homemade peanut sauce, delish.
Banana Vegan Ice Cream – who knew frozen bananas would be so good and actually call them a dessert?
Blueberry Lavender Smoothie – still one of my favorite smoothie pictures
