You cant get a dressing much easier than this! Not only can you use this as a dressing for salads but you can also use it as an amazing dipping sauce for veggies or even a spread for sandwiches or vegan bread. It simple and delicious and keeps well in the fridge because of the lime juice. Definitely keeping some of this on hand at all times.

For the dressing you will need:
6oz. of plain soy yogurt
1 lime fresh squeezed juice
2 garlic cloves
- Into a food processor or blender add together all ingredients

P.S. You can always adjust the amount of lime juice and yogurt to make it more of a sauce!
